WVAJ Conventions
WVAJ hosts two conventions each year—our Mid-Winter Convention and Seminar in January and our Annual Convention and Seminar in June. Our conventions are open to the entire West Virginia Bar and provide an exceptional opportunity to market your products and services to attorneys and paralegals through event sponsorship, exhibitor, and advertising opportunities.

Exhibitor Tables - $700
Exhibiting at WVAJ conventions allows you to market your products and services and network with attorneys and paralegals. All exhibitors are listed in event marketing materials and receive a full-page ad in the convention materials and a list of registrants. In addition, Internet and electricity are provided free of charge.
Coffee Breaks - $750
Receive a particular listing in event marketing materials, sign with the company logo during the break, a full-page ad in the convention materials, and a list of registrants.
